The Quintas del
Mar residential area is located to the north of the busy tourist zone,
on a great stretch of beautiful beach. All units are privately
owned (not timeshare), and all have been recenty remodeled.

Condominiums feature a large and beautifully landscaped oceanfront pool
area, plus a tennis court. All condos have great ocean views
with at least one balcony, and the building has a full water
purification system to ensure safe drinking water.
The Villas are
individual homes within the gated area. They share a very large
oceanfront pool area, separate from the condos.
