General

The house is being sold furnished as you see in the photos. The floors throughout the house are marble. There is a 2-car carport which has a lighted reflecting pool at the front, next to the window from the living room. The home has a pressurized and filtered water system. There are storm shutters on the windows in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms. There are seven ‘mini-split’ air conditioning systems.

First floor

The living room doubles as the home theater with a projection TV and surround sound system. The front window looks out to the lighted reflecting pool. The entry way has a unique round acrylic window in the floor to a reflecting water feature below the floor. The dining room table is custom made and seats up to 8. The dining room’s back wall is floor to ceiling glass, bringing the outside in. It is open to the spacious entry hall and the kitchen so it has a very ‘open’ feeling. The kitchen has, of course, custom made stainless steel counter tops, stainless steel oven, microwave and gas cook top. The cabinets were imported from Spain. It also has a hot air extraction system so you can remain comfortable while you cook. There is a guest half bath with Italian marble. There is also a laundry room with another half bath and (included) stacked washer and dryer. There is also an outside shower in case you come back from the beach wearing salt and sand.

Second Floor

This is the sleeping level. There are 2 master bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, terrace, and a large bathroom with an outside Jacuzzi. Bedroom 2 is also a master suite and also has a king size bed and terrace, and also has a very large bath room. The main shower has a steam system so it can be used as a sauna, plus a second shower. Both these bedrooms have not only air conditioning, they also have a heat extraction system. Bedroom three has a total of 5 beds. Two are Bunk Beds. It again has a large bathroom with a lot of marble tiles. This level also has a separate home office.

Roof Patio Terrace

The roof has something special. A roof top pool! The pool has a waterfall for that hypnotizing sound of water while enjoying the pool or the large sun deck adjacent to it. There is also an outdoor kitchen (stainless steel of course) and a dining area. What a place for parties! There are also shower and storage and equipment areas.
