Condo for Sale--Santa Monica Condos

We just discovered these condos last week for sale. They are very spacious condos. We sold one that day, but there are still two 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos and three 1 bedroom one bath condos. All are furnished as seen in the photos and include air conditioners, stove and refrigerator. They have a laundry/utility area, but do not have washer or dryer. (You may need to do a bit of work for a washer dryer.) I do not have the sizes yet, but they are very good sized. The two bedroom must be 1200 to 1400 sq. ft. They are located in the Hotel Zone and very close to many restaurants and clubs. One half block to the beach, with a large community terrace with a BBQ area in front, so the condos sit back from the street. There are also smaller terraces on each side, mostly for the one bedroom units. The two bedroom condos have a balcony on the west side. The one bedrooms do not have a private balcony. There is reserved one car parking in front of the building, which is actually on the next street in from the main beach thoroughfare.

The community fees are 750 Pesos ($75 USD) per month, but will go up a bit because they are about to add an elevator. These condos are an excellent value at only $120,000 USD for a furnished two bedroom, and $100,000 USD for a furnished 1 bedroom.
