Translations Martha Armenta, the Bilingual Center's director, is an official English and Spanish translator for the Mexican Ministry of National Security—Instituto Nacional de Migración. She was also an adjunct faculty member at Paradise Community College in Phoenix, Arizona and has translated for several U.S. Government departments through her association with a translation company based in Phoenix. |
